Flex edge beater for tilt head mixers

This attachment features a flexible silicone edge that continuously scrapes the sides of the mixing bowl while in motion. It is designed to fit standard tilt-head models ranging from 4.5 to 5 quarts. By maintaining constant contact with the bowl, it ensures that ingredients are thoroughly incorporated without the need for manual intervention.

The construction uses a sturdy frame paired with a durable scraper edge. This design is particularly effective for tasks like creaming butter and sugar or mixing cake batters where ingredients often stick to the sides. It helps reduce mixing time and prevents the buildup of unmixed flour or fats at the bottom of the container.

Maintenance is straightforward as the materials are typically dishwasher safe. This tool serves as a direct replacement for traditional flat beaters, offering a more active mixing action. It is a practical addition for those who frequently use their stand mixer for baking and want to ensure a consistent texture in every batch.
